These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phwim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phwim's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phwim's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to phwim's support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
